Report cards are in at Pepp's Pizzeria in Urbandale! We invited Ms. Ellee Miller, a second-grade teacher from Crossroads Park Elementary in West Des Moines, to taste test all four of our November pizza specials.
From the cheesy, crispy Meatball Pizza to the festive Thanksgiving Pie, each slice brought something different to the table — bold flavors, melty cheese, and a little Pepp’s creativity. But only one could earn her Gold Star of the Month!
"It's good if you like a sweet and savory option. I love all of it, but I'm not into the onions. The rest is delicious, so if you love onions and barbecue chicken, this is for you!
"Yum! Really nice and fresh, I love the crunchy bottom of the crust. I like that it's nice little even pieces and doesn't cover up too much of the pizza, so it has a good meatball to cheese pizza ratio."

The Thanksgiving Pie stole the show! Mrs. Miller called it “totally Thanksgiving all in one pizza,” and we couldn’t agree more.
