• How do I order a whole pizza?

  Ordering a whole pizza is easy! Just order online, give us a call, or stop in and order at the counter. No need to pre-order or book a time slot — we make your pizza fresh as soon as it’s ordered. Thanks to our new space and double the ovens, we’re no longer limiting orders per day. Whole pizzas come in large only and are available all day for dine-in or takeout. • How do I know when to pick up my pizza? 

  We start making your pizza as soon as your order is placed — whether online, by phone, or in person. Most pizzas are ready in about 20–30 minutes, but we’ll give you an estimated pickup time at checkout or when you call.

• What if I just want a slice?

  Not in the mood for a whole pie? We’ve got you. Pizza by the slice is available for walk-ins only from 11AM to 8:30PM daily (or until sold out) — perfect for lunch or a quick bite. All flavors except the following are available by the slice: Meatzilla, Taco, Garlic Pickle Ranch, and our weekly special. Slices and personals are first come, first served — so swing by and grab your favorite while it’s hot!

• Does Pepp's deliver?

  Yep! We’ve teamed up with DoorDash for local delivery. You can get Pepp’s delivered during the following times: Tuesday–Thursday: 11AM – 8PM and Friday & Saturday: 11AM – 4PM. Note: Delivery is limited to a 4-mile radius from our Urbandale location to help ensure your pizza arrives hot, fresh, and just the way we intended.

• Does Pepp's have dine-in seating? 

  We do now! Our new location features a retro style dine-in area with old-school pizzeria vibes — vintage signs, open kitchen views, and all. Whether you’re grabbing a slice for lunch or sharing a whole pie with friends, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy it here.

• How are Pepp's pizzas made?

  Every Pepp’s pizza is made from scratch — no shortcuts, ever. We slice our own cheese, make all sauces in-house, and hand-toss every dough with care. Our dough is made fresh daily and cold-fermented for 24 hours to develop the perfect flavor, chew, and texture. From the type of flour we use to the ingredients on every pie, quality is everything. We’re obsessed with making the best slice possible, and it shows in every bite.

• What are your hours?

  We’re open Tuesday–Saturday from 11AM to 8:30PM. We’re closed on Sundays and Mondays. Pizza by the slice, personal pizzas, and sandwiches: available from 11AM–4PM. Whole pizzas available all day. No pre-orders needed — just order online, by phone, or in person whenever you're ready!
