

This month's After the Bell guest teacher is Olivia Wagner, a second-grade teacher at Timber Ridge Elementary entering her third year in the classroom. Mrs. Wagner stopped by Pepp's ready to put our June pizza specials to the test—the final grading (and arguably the most important) before summer break.
Here's a look at this month’s scorecard:

This special is everything you love about a loaded baked potato stacked on top of our signature 24-hour cold-fermented crust, complete with crispy potatoes, savory sauce, and lots of flavor.
"Oh my goodness. That is so good. The potatoes are super crispy. The sauce is so good. Can I eat the whole thing?"
Yes Mrs. Wagner, you can definitely eat the whole thing.


This specialty ‘za combines tender shrimp with our famous vodka sauce for a pizza that stands out in the best way possible.
"I don't even like shrimp, but that's actually really good. Vodka sauce on top is so yummy.”

Seasoned chicken, enchilada-inspired flavors, and a sweet pop of roasted corn make for a slice packed with flavor.
Before tasting, Mrs. Wagner set the bar high. "My mom makes some pretty good enchiladas, so we'll see how it is."
One bite later, she had her answer. "Okay, this is literally an enchilada on a pizza. The corn, such a nice touch. Delicious."
Turns out enchiladas and pizza might just be a perfect match.


This combo earned A’s across the board. It’s got creamy mac and cheese, smoky brisket, and just a little Nashville-inspired kick to bring it all together.
Mrs. Wagner loved the balance of flavors.
"The mac and cheese on this is really good. It's got a little kick—just a little—and the brisket is really good.
“Mixed with the crunchy crust, it's to die for."

The competition was close, but after tasting all four June specials, Mrs. Wagner awarded her Gold Star to the Chicken Enchilada Pizza.
"I just love chicken enchilada, and that mixed with pizza—my two favorite things."
